Our mission is to digitize Real Estate market and we offer our clients, Global Investment Management leaders, unique DaaS solutions (web platform) which automates their external Real Estate data ingestion so that they can scale their investments as well as state of the art Analytics.

We are looking for our Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to join our international team in Paris.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager to be in charge of the ImoGate’s marketing ventures.

This role primarily involves developing and implementing Go to Market and strategies to actively grow ImoGate’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, curiosity for Data Management, Real Estate market and/or Investment Management and able to employ state of the art marketing techniques. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist, able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.

The role ultimate goals are to increase the company’s market share and revenues ; it will be achieved by best managing strategic marketing programs, supporting new client acquisitions, fostering customers retention and providing advanced brand building.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy and programs, campaigns and events for ImoGate Solutions and services, this strategic role primary responsibilities are to :

  • Design Go To Market,
  • Plan and implement comprehensive marketing (inbound & outbound) strategies, tactics to boost ImoGate awareness and drive qualified new business leads traffic.
  • Identify and attract the right customers and arm the sales team with prospects and plenty of information/business insight to help take the sales.
  • Produce valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organize ImoGate’s publications.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, while using best of breed digital tools (eg. CRM, Figma, Canva, Capcut, AI tools etc.)
  • Monitor campaigns progress and their performance.
  • Promote ImoGate brand (eg. web site, trade shows and major industry related events),
  • Conduct general market research to :
    • keep abreast of trends and ImoGate’s competitor’s marketing movements
    • identify business opportunities and challenges
    • drive ImoGate value proposition evolution and best alignment to Market needs.
    • Regularly benchmark and best align ImoGate solutions and services pricing.
  • Analyze data to evaluate success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently (eg. Tradeshows, Webinars)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Proven experience as Marketing Manager in developing go to market and complex marketing plans and campaigns
  • Real Estate and/or Investment Management and/or Data Management business knowledge
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies (in-bond and out-bond), channels and branding.
  • Experience with Marketing (eg. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, AI tools, Phantombuster, Capcut, Waalaxy etc.) and CRM tools.
  • Up to speed with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing techniques and measurement :
    • Knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, NetInsights, Omniture etc.)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Superb leadership and collaboration abilities,
  • Capacity to strive under tight deadlines to meet company’s changing needs.
  • Strong Analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Exquisite written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
  • Our working language is English ; we expect English knowledge at work level.
  • Another European language is a plus.
  • Creativity, curiosity, proactivity, courage, team and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Public speaking experience
