Tarik Dadi
Co-founder, CEO
Prior to founding imoGate, Tarik Dadi served as European Chief Information Officer at Archon Group (Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate division), where he led major IT transformation initiatives across asset management and back-office platforms. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC and Ernst & Young and led global systems implementations across Europe, the US, and Japan.
Thomas de Pirey
Co-founder, CPO
Thomas de Pirey has held senior technology leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, including Head of IT Europe for the Real Estate & Non-Performing Loans division. He led the transformation of technology processes toward an investment oversight model, implementing end-to-end data collection and automated reporting up to investment dashboards and forecasting models. Earlier, he designed and built data management services at Archon Group.
Emmanuel Colson
Late founder, Managing Partner
Emmanuel Colson brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on strategic leadership and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has driven operational excellence and growth across leading organizations such as SimCorp and Thomson Reuters. He is known for his people-centric leadership style and his ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Sylvain Coulombel has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and IT leadership, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure. He has led the design and evolution of scalable systems in the real estate and financial sectors, combining deep technical expertise with team leadership. He oversees the architecture and scalability of platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with business needs.
